Gerhard Rill graduated from the Munich School of Orthopedics and did his residency in the United States. After practicing in Germany for several years he moved to Colorado and opened Foot Support Group.

Gerhard lectures throughout the US and Europe and provides rotations in biomechanics for St. Mary's residency program. He is also a research and development consultant to orthopedic footwear manufacturers and orthotic laboratories.

Deb has worked in healthcare for 30 years. She attended nursing school in Michigan, and graduated from CMC. An advocate of patient education, she organizes various educational events sponsored by Foot Support Group.

Gerhard and Deb are involved in many athletic events on Colorado's western slope including Special Olympics, Buddy Warner, CDA, lmogene Pass, Sneffels, and Rim Rock runs.

When not working at the clinic, Gerhard and Deb can be found enjoying an Oktoberfest any time of year or exploring Colorado's high country.

Gerhard assisted in research and development for the Chaco Footbeds in their sandals and boots. He can customize any sandal: Teva's, Birk's, Chaco's Golf Sandals and Flip Flop styles.
